JEFFERSONVILLE, NY — Photography returns to the streets, storefronts and public spaces of Jeffersonville this fall with the 2026 Jeff Foto Fest, taking place through October 18 throughout the village.
Jeff Foto Fest is described as a “community-wide celebration of photography that transforms Jeffersonville into an open-air gallery.” Photographs will be displayed in local businesses, storefront windows, restaurants, public spaces, fences and digital displays. The festival is designed to make photography accessible to everyone—not just traditional gallery audiences—and to celebrate the creative energy already present throughout the western Catskills.
The festival brings together professional photographers, fine-art photographers, local artists, students and photographers connected to the Eddie Adams Workshop, which has been part of the Jeffersonville community for decades.
The festival is presented by the Jeffersonville Area Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with JEMS, local photographers, artists, businesses and community organizations.
Jeff Foto Fest also builds on relationships with regional and national photography organizations, including Photoville, the Pulitzer Center and other photographic partners.
The festival is supported in part by the Delaware Valley Arts Alliance (DVAA), with Jeffersonville Enhances More of Sullivan (JEMS) serving as fiscal sponsor.
