I like to think about watersheds.

I am often intrigued when I get to the top of a hill that water collected there goes off in two different directions. It just depends on which side of the hill it is on.

I like to think about small streams running into larger streams and rivers, all finding their way to one ocean or another.

The interconnection of water is a variety of interdependence that we understand.

Intuitively, even.

Ah, if we could apply that to all of our other interconnections.

Wouldn't that be grand?
