MIDDLETOWN, NY — Garnet Health Medical Center recently welcomed Alexandria Mesropyan to the neurosurgery department as part of its clinical team.

Mesropyan is a board-certified physician assistant with extensive experience in neurosurgery, Garnet Health said. In her new position, Mesropyan will serve on staff at Garnet Health Medical Center, supporting neurosurgical needs.

She earned her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Long Island University Brooklyn. She is a member of the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and the American Association of Neurological Surgeons.

Mesropyan will provide operative, rounding and clinical neurosurgical coverage, supporting high-quality, coordinated care for our neurosurgical patients, Garnet Health said.
