PIKE COUNTY, PA — Jim Donnelly, president/CEO of Wayne Bank, has announced two new hires.
Ryan Ehrhardt is now the commercial loan officer at the bank’s Pike and Monroe County offices.
“I am very excited to welcome Ryan to our commercial lending team,” said Donnelly. “His experience in commercial banking and commitment to building strong relationships will provide valuable support to local businesses and the communities we serve.”
Ehrhardt will work with area businesses to understand their needs and provide financing solutions.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bloomsburg University, and has over five years of experience in the financial services industry, including four years in commercial banking.
Donnelly also announced that Donald Sutton is the new vice president and information technology manager. “His extensive experience in the IT field, combined with his passion for innovation and leadership make him a tremendous asset to our organization,” Donnelly said.
In his new role, Sutton oversees the bank’s IT department, leads technology initiatives and “ensures the continued stability, security and growth of the bank’s information systems,” the bank said. His responsibilities include managing day-to-day IT operations, implementing technology enhancements and mentoring staff to support professional development and operational excellence.
Sutton has 28 years of experience in the information technology field, including network management, cybersecurity and systems integration across both the financial and corporate sectors.
He volunteers as the live stream coordinator for the Fall Music Festival at Dorflinger, and is involved with the Spring Thaw fundraiser, where he supports local nonprofit initiatives through technology and media production.
