There's an awful amount of things in the world right now that are fear-driven.
Fear can be "in your face" kind of fear — as in a dream that simply paralyzes us. And it can be an underlying habitual anxiety about the state of the world. It could show itself as worry about the obstacles that we face in managing the business challenge, a family crisis, or any multitude of instances where we have no control.
I'm not sure that we can ever be fearless, or even if that is wise. But I do like the idea that we can challenge ourselves to move beyond our initial fear and not have it run our lives.
