LIVINGSTON MANOR, NY — Sullivan County’s Division of Public Works will conduct a Public Informational Meeting to discuss the proposed replacement of Sullivan County Bridge No. 283 which carries CR 149 over Cattail Brook. This project is funded through the NYSDOT BridgeNY program.
The meeting will be held at the Rockland Town Hall, 95 Main St., Livingston Manor, NY 12758, on Tuesday July 21 from 6-8 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to obtain comments from interested parties and adjacent landowners related to proposed project and discuss environmental and traffic concerns.
Greenman-Pedersen, Inc., under contract with the County, is currently developing plans for this project following NYS Department of Transportation requirements. The project work being considered involves the removal and replacement of the existing single span bridge and replacement with another single span bridge structure.
