MONTICELLO, NY — We want to hear from you, Sullivan County! Attend a mini-conference and community conversation to learn about the latest in Alzheimer’s disease research and how to reduce your risk—and share your experience with Alzheimer’s disease.
The conference will be held on Wednesday, September 17 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the Legislators’ Hearing Room at the Sullivan County Government Center. Registration is required by Friday, September 12.
We will discuss how we can best serve your community. Together, we can help enhance care and support resources for those facing the disease.
The government center is located at 100 North St.
