Anthony Casale

HONESDALE, PA — On January 2, 2025, Anthony Casale, 37, of Lake Ariel, was sentenced to no less than 72 months nor more than 180 months incarcerated in a State Correctional Institution on one count of Aggravated Assault- Attempts to Cause SBI or Causes Injury with Extreme Indifference.

On June 7, 2024, the PSP responded to a report of a stabbing. The victim reported that his son, Anthony Casale had stabbed him with a kitchen knife. The victim suffered from a punctured lung and three stab wounds to the left chest.
The Defendant related to officers during an interview that his father showed up at his residence and that he felt threatened resulting in the stabbing.
