WAYNE COUNTY — Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following cases were addressed by the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court on July 3, 2025:

MICHAEL MYERS, age 58, of Dallas, PA was sentenced to no less than seven (7) months nor more than twenty-four (24) months incarcerated in a State Correctional Institution on one (1) count of Indecent Assault, one (1) count of Disorderly Conduct and one (1) count of Harassment.

DAVID BRANNING, age 40, of Forrest City, PA was placed on Probation for a period of eighteen (18) months on one (1) count of Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana, one (1) count of Possession of Controlled Substance and one (1) count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

ROBERT POLTROCK, age 33, Freeland, PA was sentenced to no less than two (2) months nor more than twenty-three and a half (23 1/2) months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one (1) count Home Improvement Fraud.

JORDAN MCNAMARA, age 29, of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to no less than eight (8) months nor more than thirty-six (36) months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility followed by being placed on Probation for a period of twenty-four (24) months on one (1) count of Terroristic Threats- Violent Crime with Intent to Terrorize, one (1) count of Criminal Mischief- Damage Property and one (1) count of Disorderly Conduct-Hazardous/Offensive Condition.

DESIREE TOMS, age 40, of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to no less than thirty (30) days nor more than twenty-three (23) months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one (1) count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and two (2) counts of Possession of Controlled Substance.
