HONESDALE, PA—Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following cases were addressed by the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court on January 9, 2025:

JUSTIN CLEVELAND, age 25, of Lake Ariel, PA was placed on Probation for a period of 12 months on one count of Disorderly Conduct- Engage in Fighting.

DANIEL JOHNSON, age 42, of Starlight, PA was sentenced to no less than 3 months nor more than 6 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of DUI Alcohol.

GUILBERT KUNEY, age 38, of Harrisburg, PA was sentenced to pay a fine of $200 on one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance- Cocaine.

CHRISTINA FARRACHI, age 33, of Lake Ariel, PA was sentenced to no less than 5 months nor more than 23 ½ months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Endangering the Welfare of Children as Parent/Guardian and one count of Criminal Mischief- Damage Property.

ROBERT DOLPH, age 35, of Forest City, PA was sentenced to no less than 90 days incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Driving While Operating Privileges Suspended/Revokes- 2nd Violation.

ROBERT POLTROCK, age 32, of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to no less than 1 month nor more than 23 1/2 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition.
