MONTICELLO, NY  — Jim Reed’s Equipment Sales (JRES) has announced the grand opening of Bobcat of Monticello, a full-service Bobcat dealership designed to serve contractors, landscapers, municipalities and equipment operators across Sullivan County and the region. 

The new location offers sales, rentals, parts and service for the full line of Bobcat equipment—from compact loaders and excavators to large machines and specialized attachments. The store rents equipment from Arial lifts to Bandit woodchippers and stump grinders, and more. 

JRES was founded by the late Jim Reed, a professional NASCAR driver turned entrepreneur; it is now led by his son, Bill. 

“Bringing Bobcat to Monticello was a natural next step for our team,” said Bill Reed. “We’ve served hardworking professionals across the region for years, and this new location makes it easier than ever for customers in Sullivan County to get the equipment and support they need—fast.” 

Bobcat of Monticello is located at 134 Bridgeville Road. The hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
