HONESDALE — The Office of the Wayne County Coroner was dispatched to the emergency department at Wayne Memorial Hospital, on Monday, December 30th at 10:48 PM in response to the death of an inmate from USP Canaan.
The attending physician at Wayne Memorial Hospital pronounced 36-year-old Terry Ladale Flowers dead in the emergency department at 10:45 PM
Mark M. James, Chief Deputy Coroner responded to the scene to initiate the death investigation.
An autopsy will be conducted later this week.
This is an ongoing investigation. No further details are available at this time.
