EQUINUNK, PA — The Horse Lover’s 4-H Club ran its fourth annual fun show on June 6 at the Wayne County Fairgrounds.

It was a really good time and everyone had a lot of fun.

The event accommodated over 30 participants, and their families came to watch and cheer them on.

Thank you to the Calkins Ag 4-H Club for running an amazing concession stand.

It was a good experience for the kids and their horses. We had a lot of games, including barrel racing, pole bending, and a keyhole race, along with a whole array of others, in a low-key environment.

It was so heartwarming to see all the kids work together with their horses and cheer each other on from the sidelines.

The money raised from this event helped our members to show their projects in the 4-H program for the remainder of the year, and because of its success, we have many members who have qualified and will show their projects at the state finals in Harrisburg in October. Congratulations to all on a successful season!
