MONTICELLO, NY — According to a published report from the Mid-Hudson News, a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) vehicle visited Monticello on Wenesday, June 11.
Chief David Lindsay with the Village of Monticello Police told the River Reporter that several vehicles passed through the village.
Lindsay said that the vehicles were involved in a DHS operation that did not include Monticello but did include Sullivan County. He said the operation did not include Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
