Hawley woman charged for cocaine, fentanyl and OxyContin sales

HONESDALE, PA — Amanda Reesey, of Hawley, PA has been charged with twelve (12) counts of Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession with Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, twelve (12) counts of Int Possession of a Controlled Substance, twelve (12) counts of Possession of Drug Paraph and nine (9) counts of Criminal Use of Communication Facility.

On eight (8) separate occasions from October 21, 2024, to December 5, 2024, a confidential informant, working in conjunction with the Pennsylvania State Police and the Wayne County District Attorney’s Office Drug Task Force, arranged for the purchase of Cocaine, Fentanyl and OxyContin from the Defendant. These purchases that occurred involved direct purchases within Wayne County and four (4) trips to Monroe County to purchase the drugs and bring the drugs back to Wayne County.

The Defendant’s bail is set at $150,000.00 and her next court appearance is in Central Court on February 5th, 2025.
