HONESDALE, PA — The Wayne County Area Agency on Aging will hold support groups for caregivers and for the grieving. The caregiver group meetings will be held at the Earl J. Simons Senior Center on the third Wednesday of the month, and on the second and fourth Wednesdays for the grief support group. All meetings will be held from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The next caregiver’s support meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 19 and the next grief support meeting takes place on Wednesday February 26. 

RSVP if attending the caregiver group by Monday, February 17. 

“The group meetings are informal but informational.  The volunteer facilitators are experienced and understanding.  Our hope is that you find comfort, share ideas, and form connections with others in a similar situation,” an agency staff member said.
