PORT JERVIS, NY — Tristate residents will now be able to access comprehensive primary care services under one roof. Hometown Healthcare of Port Jervis (HHPJ), a comprehensive primary care provider founded and operated by Rose Little, FNP-C, has opened its doors and will host a grand opening for the community on Sunday, March 9 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

After six months of extensive renovations, 32 Ball St. is proud to welcome patients into a space designed for comfort and accessibility. The revitalized facility features a bright and inviting waiting area, expanded spaces and equipment supporting individuals with varying mobility needs, and an on-site laboratory.

HHPJ also offers extended hours (evenings and Saturdays), same-day/walk-in appointments, online scheduling, telemedicine, and a patient portal for convenience.

A community-oriented care team local to the Tristate area administers health care services, including routine check-ups, sick visits, chronic disease management, minor procedures, non-obstetric women's health care (i.e. pap smears, breast exams), and health education. Spanish-speaking staff is also available.

“Hometown Healthcare of Port Jervis is more than just a primary care provider. We aim to foster a healthier, more connected Tristate where every patient feels at home,” said Rose.

“Opening HHPJ was and continues to be a personal journey propelled by my commitment to serve the community in which I live and raise my children. This means more than providing medical services. It’s about building lasting relationships and creating a space where every resident feels supported and valued.”

Rose holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Mount Saint Mary College and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Villanova University. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a registered nurse in New York. The Tristate community is invited to meet her and tour the facility during HHPJ’s grand opening on Sunday, March 9.
