MIDDLETOWN, NY — Garnet Health Doctors welcomed several providers recently. 

Psychiatrist Hafsa Mahmood, M.D., joined the Garnet Health Doctors Behavioral Health practice. Board-certified in psychiatry, she specializes in mood and anxiety disorders, psychopharmacology and integrative approaches to behavioral health. Dr. Mahmood is fluent in English, Urdu and Punjabi, and provides patient-centered care. 

Also joining the behavioral health team is clinical psychologist Kassandra Garnere, PsyD. Garnere provides psychological assessment and therapy, with clinical expertise in health psychology and psycho-oncology, as well as evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). 

Both new providers are accepting new patients at 75 Crystal Run Road, Suite 135, in Middletown.

Stephanie Rosarion, M.D., joins the Garnet Health Doctors primary care and family medicine practice. Dr. Rosarion is accepting new patients at 707 East Main St. in Middletown. Fluent in English and Spanish, she focuses on preventive medicine, chronic disease management and patient education.

Joseph Cupoli, PA-C, a physician assistant, has joined the orthopedics practice and is accepting new patients at Garnet Health Doctors’ Middletown, Harris and Goshen locations. He brings advanced training in orthopedic surgery and trauma, as well as experience as an EMT and a medical technician.
