•  63 grams of cocaine
•  5 grams of oxycodone pills
•  Packaging materials

Jones was arrested and charged with the following:

•  Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd Degree, class B felony
•  Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, class B felony
•  Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree, class B felony
•  Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, class A misdemeanor
•  Criminal use of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Degree, class A misdemeanor
•  Obstruct Governmental Administration 2nd Degree, class A misdemeanor
•  Resisting Arrest, class A misdemeanor
•  Multiple uniform Traffic Tickets

Jones was arraigned at the Village of Monticello court and remanded to Sullivan County Jail without bail.

James F. Clemons, age 44, of Monticello, NY, was found in possession of the following:

•  Approximately 13 grams of crack cocaine
•  121 bags of pre-packaged heroin/fentanyl
•  Psilocybin mushroom chocolate bar

Clemons was arrested and charged with the following:

•  Two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd Degree, class B felony
•  Two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 4th Degree, class C felony
•  Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, class A misdemeanor
•  Multiple uniform Traffic Tickets

Clemons was arraigned at the Village of Monticello court and remanded to Sullivan County Jail without bail.

James A. Bowers, age 45, of Roscoe, NY, was found in possession of the following:

•  Approximately 2 grams of crack-cocaine pre-packaged in multiple corner ties
•  Multiple Suboxone films
•  Smoking implement

Bowers was arrested and charged with the following:

•  Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree, class B felony
•  Two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, class A misdemeanor
•  Operating a Motor Vehicle while Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs, 4th Degree, unclassified misdemeanor
•  Multiple uniform Traffic Tickets

Bowers was arraigned on December 12, 2025, at the Town of Rockland court and released pending a future court date.

Ivan Rivera, age 34, of Harris, NY, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st Degree, a class A misdemeanor.
