FALLSBURG, NY — The Town of Fallsburg Police arrested a 32-year-old Liberty man on Aug. 7 and charged him with Criminal Possession of a weapon in the second degree, Criminal possession of cannabis in the first degree, Three counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree, Aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident.

FALLSBURG, NY — The Town of Fallsburg Police arrested a 32-year-old Liberty man on Aug. 7 and charged him with Criminal Possession of a weapon in the second degree, Criminal possession of cannabis in the first degree, Three counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree, Aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident.
Arrested was Rehan Khan. It is alleged that Mr. Khan struck another vehicle and caused injury to the driver then fled the scene on foot. Officers located Khan a short time later. He was charged with having over 300 marijuana plants, over 120 pounds of harvested marijuana, a stolen 40 caliber handgun, a large amount of ecstasy, numerous pills, three long guns and over $14,000 in cash.
Khan was arraigned in front of Honorable Kaminski and was sent to Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail, $200,000 bond and $500,000 partially secured bond.
Chief Williams said "My officers are committed to keeping the citizens of the Town of Fallsburg safe. This investigation, like many others, is a product of the successful partnership between my Office, and the District Attorney."
