WHITE MILLS, PA —Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell has announced that Tyler Pombo, 24, of Honesdale was arrested for a drive-by shooting in White Mills.

The victims were identified as 23 and 26-year-old males from Honesdale, PA. Neither victim was injured in the shooting.

According to the police complaint, the victims and the defendant argued with each other at the Twisted Rail Tavern and afterwards. The victims said they "have had an on-going 'beef' with DEFENDANT over girls," reads the criminal complaint, a beef which the defendant confirmed.

The victims claimed while they were driving on Terrace Street, the defendent came up from behind in his vehicle blowing his horn. The victims stopped, exited their vehicle and approached the defendent's vehicle. They said words were exchanged and the defendent grabbed a gun and pointed it in their direction. They returned to their vehicle and continued to one of their homes.

The defendent claimed the victims "slammed on their brakes, blocked the roadway and exited their vehicle." He claimed he felt threatened as the victims approached his vehicle "screaming and spitting on his driver window" and pulled out his pistol, a silver and black 9mm Smith and Wesson.

The victims left and headed to one of the victim's homes, and while inside the kitchen they heard rounds start to hit the home, according to the District Attorney. The victims related they witnessed taillights while the vehicle fled and were unable to identify the vehicle.

Pombo was interviewed and admitted to driving to and firing shots into the home, according to the criminal complaint.

Pombo was charged with Discharge of a Firearm into Occupied Structure, Firearm not to Carried without a License, Attempted Criminal Homicied, two counts of Recklessly Endangering Another Person and four counts of Aggravated Assault.

Pombo was arraigned on all charges and remanded to the Wayne County Correctional Facility. His bail was set at $400,000.
