HONESDALE, PA — Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers (WMCHC) has welcomed Catherine Patrick, D.O., who will be serving a dual role within the organization. In addition to providing primary care to patients aged 14 through adult at the Highland Physician Family Health Center, Dr. Patrick has also been appointed associate program director of WMCHC’s family medicine residency program. The program officially launched in July 2025.

“I want to make a difference not only in the lives of patients but also by helping up-and-coming family physicians to develop their skills, so that they too can serve others,” said Dr. Patrick.

Prior to joining WMCHC, Dr. Patrick was employed as a primary care physician at PrimeMed Medical Group in Dunmore, where she had been practicing since 2019. Additionally, she serves as faculty for A.T. Still University.

After receiving her medical degree from Lake Erie College in Erie, Dr. Patrick completed her residency in family medicine at the Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education. She earned a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience from the University of Scranton.
