UPPER DELAWARE RIVER, NY and PA — The Honorable Jonathan Dunsinger, Magisterial District 22-3-04 Justice, Court of Common Pleas, officiated at the Upper Delaware Council’s swearing-in ceremony for 2026 officers on February 5, with Damascus Township Representative Jeffrey R. Dexter, left, sworn in as chairperson of the non-profit organization’s board.

Fellow 2026 officers are Vice-Chairperson Aaron I. Robinson (Shohola Township) and Secretary-Treasurer Alan F. Henry (Berlin Township).
