Lee Franklin Garing, 84, of West End, NC and formerly of Honesdale, PA, passed away August 22, 2026. Lee was born January 10, 1942 in Honesdale. A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 18 at 1:30 p.m. at the West End United Methodist Church in West End. Interment of the cremains will be at the Dyberry Cemetery in Honesdale at the convenience of the family.
