Melvin R. Giovacchini, 84, of Cornwall, PA; Hawley, PA; and Voorhees, NJ, passed away October 19, 2025 at the WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital in Lebanon, PA. Melvin was born April 16, 1941 in Chicago, IL. A celebration of life will be held at Little Mill Country Club, 104 Borton’s Road in Marlton, NJ on Sunday, November 2 from noon to 3 p.m. Inurnment will be private.

Thomas Andrew Godfrey, 82, of Hawley, PA and formerly of Oradell, NJ, passed away October 21, 2025 at home. Thomas was born January 19, 1943 in Queens, NY. A funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 29, at St. Peter the Apostle Roman Catholic Church, 445 Fifth Ave. in River Edge, NJ.

Larin T. Hannel, 42, formerly of Honesdale, PA, passed away October 17, 2025 at St. Luke’s Hospital Anderson in Easton, PA. Larin was born June 8, 1983 in Honesdale. A celebration of life will be held at a time to be announced.

Anne Marie Kreiter, 92, of Hawley, PA, passed away October 23, 2025. Anne was born April 27, 1933 in Hawley. Calling hours will be held Wednesday, October 29 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Teeters’ East Chapel, 505 Church St. in Hawley. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 30 at 10 a.m. at Blessed Virgin Mary Queen of Peace Roman Catholic Church, 314 Chestnut Ave. in Hawley. Interment will follow immediately in Blessed Virgin Mary Queen of Peace Cemetery.
