REGION—On August 8, 2025 at approximately 4:14pm, troopers from PSP Dunmore and PSP Blooming Grove responded to Green Valley Trailer Park, Great Bend Township, Susquehanna County, PA for the report of a neighborhood disturbance.

Investigation revealed that Robbie John Morgan, 33, a convicted felon and fugitive from South Carolina, had engaged a neighbor with aggressive and hostile language while displaying a semi-automatic 40cal pistol.

Morgan fled the scene but the pistol was located and seized by PSP - still containing live ammunition in the magazine. Magistrate Gregory Scheer authorized a felony warrant for Morgan's arrest. He is believed to be operating a blue Dodge Nitro bearing New York registration plates.

He is known to frequent Susquehanna County, PA and Syracuse, NY but also has ties to North Carolina and South Carolina.
