NARROWSBURG, NY — The Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce is excited to welcome the community to a ribbon cutting and open house celebrating Beauty by Baily, a new beauty studio located in the heart of Narrowsburg.

It’s held Saturday, August 16 from noon to 4 p.m. at Beauty by Baily, 90 Main St. The ribbon cutting takes place at 2 p.m. 

Beauty by Baily offers a fresh, modern approach to self-care with a variety of beauty services designed to help clients look and feel their best. Licensed esthetician and professional makeup artist Baily provides facials, skin care, waxing, lash lifts and tints, and makeup applications.

Guests of the ribbon cutting can expect giveaways, raffles and a social media contest, along with light refreshments and local baked goods.

Hours of operation are by appointment, Wednesday through Monday (closed Tuesdays).
