The Hankins-Fremont Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary will be holding two events soon. First is our annual Trunk or Treat event on Saturday, October 24 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at 20 Newman Hill Road in Fremont Center, NY. Come down to the firehouse for a “Spooktacular” afternoon of family fun! You’ll find decorated trunks, games and prizes. You can come dressed in your favorite costume, too.

Trunk participants are needed. If you are interested in decorating your trunk and helping to make this event a success, email us at hankinsfremontladiesauxiliary@gmail.com. This event is free.

Our second event is our Election Day Soup Sale at the Fremont Center Ballfield, 4 Newman Hill Road in Fremont Center, NY on Tuesday, November 3 from 6 a.m. till everything’s sold out.

The sale needed to be moved from the voting place, but you can still get your delicious soup as in past years by coming by the ballfield before or after you vote. You’ll find chili and New England clam chowder for $10 per quart.
