WAYNE COUNTY, PA — The Wayne Conservation District will accept applications for the Agricultural Conservation Assistance Program (ACAP) until Friday, May 30 at 3 p.m. This program focuses on funding assistance for farmers who are implementing conservation best management practices on their farms.
