The Friends of the Pike County Public Library, Mary Quilici, left, Joan Gerland, library director Ellen Schaffner, Gayle Schuster and Pat Cochran, are committed to raising several thousand dollars to complete the funding necessary to construct and open a new library that will be built in Milford.
