MONTICELLO, NY — The Sullivan County Office for the Aging invites everyone 55 and older to take five minutes to fill out a short survey to help improve services and programs in the County.
“I promise this isn’t a waste of time,” assures Office for the Aging Director Lise-Anne Deoul. “We’ve worked hard with our partner and survey creator Hudson Valley Pattern for Progress to develop questions that get right to the things we need to know to do better by our citizens.”
Questions include:
“The answers will inform my staff about where we need to improve and what services we should be focusing on,” adds Deoul. “I urge everyone in the County aged 55 or over to spend just a few minutes giving us this crucial information.”
The survey can be found in English at www.surveymonkey.com/r/SullivanSr and in Spanish at www.surveymonkey.com/r/SCAgingSpan. Paper copies are available at the Office for the Aging in the Government Center in Monticello or by request at 845-807-0241.
