BETHANY, PA — Nina Martin, left, who served as borough secretary for 60 years in Bethany, receives a plaque honoring her for her service from Pennsylvania state senator Lisa Baker on March 10. As the ceremony continued, Martin also received plaques and special recognition from state representative Sandra Major and the Wayne County commissioners.
