Scott Samuelson, chair of the Sullivan County Legislature, took a minute to let his colleagues know he was pleased with the way the Sullivan County Visitors Association handled the cover of the new travel guide.
At a meeting at the government center on May 2, he said, “They took a new track on it, they eliminated the ty-died animal on the cover,” He said they used the art of local artist Jay Brooks.
“I think it’s one of the most attractive travel guides that we’ve ever had in the county,” he said, adding that there was good demand for it at the thruway stops where it is available to travelers.
