The New York State Police at Ellenville announce the arrest of Robert J. Russell, 32 of Ellenville, New York for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th, a Class C Felony.

On June 17, 2015 Troopers conducted a vehicle and traffic stop on Berme Road, Town of Wawarsing, and arrested Russell who was found to be in possession of a quantity of Oxycodone pills that was not prescribed to him.

Russell was arraigned in the Town of Rochester Court, by Town Justice Albert Babcock and was remanded to Ulster County Jail without bail.
