The following cases were addressed by the Raymond L. Hamill, President Judge, Wayne County:

AARON JOSEPH ROSSIGNOL, age 36 of Lake Ariel, PA, was sentenced to probation for a period of not less than 36 months, for one count of Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree. He was also ordered to pay

all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $500.00, and pay restitution in the amount of $7,000.00. The incident occurred between April 25, 2011 and January 22, 2014, in Salem Township.

FRANCIS GRZEGORZEWSKI, age 32 of Hawley, PA, was sentenced to a State Correctional Institute for a period of not less than 16 months nor more than 120 months, for one count of Arson and Related Offenses, graded as a Felony of the 2nd Degree. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $500.00, pay restitution in the amount of $86,934.07, undergo an arson assessment and comply with treatment, and submit to a DNA sample. The incident occurred on March 20, 2014, in Hawley Borough.

CRYSTAL SIMPKINS, age 35, of Lake Ariel, PA, was sentenced to a State Correctional Institute for a period of not less than 8 months nor more than 24 months, for one count of Simple Assault, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree. She was also ordered

to pay all Court costs. The incident occurred on May 6, 2014, in Texas Township.

KILLIAN JOSEPH STANGER, age 22 of Lake Ariel, PA, was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 11 months nor more than 5 years, less 1 day, for one count of Delivery of Controlled Substance-Heroin, an ungraded Felony. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $500.00, continue with drug and alcohol treatment, perform 50 hours of community service, obtain employment, and submit to the drawing of a DNA sample. The incident occurred on January 14, 2014, in Lake Township.

GREGORY ZIMMERMAN, age 24 of Lake Ariel, PA, was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 3 months nor more than 23 1⁄2 months, for one count of Receiving Stolen Property, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $300.00, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with treatment recommendations, perform 50 hours of community service, and obtain full time employment. The incident occurred on March 6, 2014 and March 8, 2014, in Paupack Township.

KELLY SHEEHAN, age 33 of Beach Lake, PA, was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 15 days nor more than 18 months, for one count of Retail Theft, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree. She was also ordered to pay all Court costs and comply with all recommendations from mental health. The incident occurred on May 22, 2014 and June 24, 2014, in Texas Township.

KELLY KOCH, age 40 of Lake Ariel, PA, was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 10 days nor more than 23 1⁄2 months, for one count of Bad Checks, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree. She was also ordered to pay all Court costs, comply with recommendations of your drug and alcohol evaluation, perform 50 hours of community service, and maintain employment. The incident occurred between April 1, 2014 and June 10, 2014, in Paupack Township.

WILLIAM PYKUS, age 43 of Pleasant Mount, PA, was sentenced to probation for a period of not less than 3 months, for one count of Unsworn Falsification to Authorities, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $750.00, and perform 20 hours of community service. The incident occurred on March 14, 2014, in Dyberry Township.

RYAN SCOTT DERENICK, age 21 of Elmhurst Township, PA, was sentenced to probation for a period of not less than 6 months, for one count of Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree. He was also

ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $300.00, and perform 40 hours of community service. The incident occurred on July 6, 2014, in Lehigh Township.

KRYSTLE AMUNDSON, age 27 of Carteret, NJ, was sentenced to probation for a period of not less than 12 months, for one count of Harassment, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 3rd Degree. She was also ordered to pay all Court costs, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation, undergo an anger management course, and obtain employment. This incident occurred on January 24, 2014, in Honesdale Borough.
