On Tuesday May 20th, 2014 Roscoe Troopers arrested a Long Eddy man for Criminal Mischief 4th; Disable equipment for emergency and Harassment 2nd.

Roscoe Troopers responded to a Long Eddy residence for a domestic incident. Upon investigation it was determined that Joshua Hauser, of Long Eddy, had gotten into a domestic dispute with his wife and during the dispute he destroyed his wife’s cell phone to prevent her from calling police and also spit in his wife’s face.

Hauser left scene prior to Troopers arrival, but after an investigation he was located and arrested for Criminal Mischief 4th; Disable equipment for emergency and Harassment 2nd. Hauser was arraigned in Town of Fremont Court and is due to reappear at a later date.
