On 08-14-12, The Honesdale Borough Police filed charges against Danielle Vanstone 24 from Honesdale, after officers were called to assist Wayne County Probation/Parole Officers on 08-10-12 at approx. 9:58 pm. According to Borough Police, drugs and related drug paraphernalia were discovered in Vanstone’s North Main Street apartment by Probation /Parole Officers. Charges of possession of a controlled substance and Possession of drug paraphernalia were filed at the Wayne County Courthouse.
