Wurtsboro man arrested for menacing with firearm

On April 1, 2012, The New York State Police in Wurtsboro announce the arrest of Bradley N. Jennex, age 32, of Wurtsboro, NY, for the felony charges of Criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, Reckless endangerment in the first degree and the misdemeanor charge of Menacing in the second.

This arrest came as the result of a continuing investigation into an incident that occurred on March 31, 2012 at a local Wurtsboro area bar. It is alleged that during a verbal dispute with another patron, Jennex displayed and threatened the subject with a loaded .38 caliber revolver and discharged one round from the weapon into the ceiling. No injuries were reported.

Jennex was arrested and charged with the above crimes at SP Wurtsboro. He was arraigned by Town of Mamakating Town Justice Joel Welsh and committed to Sullivan County Jail on no bail, to reappear on a later date.
