A Lake Ariel man was arrested for ignoring a court order which mandated that he stay away from the victim how lives in Wallenpaupack Lake Estates. According to a release from the Pennsylvania state Police 21 year old John Figueroa chased the female victim to her home, then smashed rocks and other objects against the front door in an attempt to gain entry.

He finally did gain entry through a sliding glass side door and refused to leave, but the community security personel arrived, he fled the scene. State police filed charges against him in district court.
