The New York State Police at Ellenville announce the arrest of Arnold Marciglio, age 44, of 1083 Ulster Heights Rd Ellenville NY, for Forgery 2nd (Felony), Grand Larceny 2nd (Felony), Grand Larceny 4th (Felony), Petit Larceny (Misd), Falsifying Business Record(Misd), Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle (Misd), Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Unlicensed operator. The arrest followed an intensive investigation conducted by SP Ellenville BCI.

Arnold Marciglio was arrested following an investigation that was initiated through a complainant that reported that Marciglio had stolen a credit card and used it without permission. It was further reported that Marciglio had taken a vehicle also without permission and was revoked in the State of New York. A separate investigation by the State Police learned that Marciglio had been extorting money from a local business man.

Arnold Marciglio was processed and arraigned in the Village of Ellenville Court in front of Village Justice Matthew Parker. He was remanded to Ulster County Jail without bail. Arnold Marciglio was also found to be wanted in Orange County on an outstanding warrant for Criminal Contempt 2nd. Arnold Marciglio is to reappear in the Town of Wawarsing Court on 02/03/12 at 8:30am.
