On 10/10/11 New York State Police at Middletown arrested Arthur J. Frost, age 31 of Port Jervis, NY and Krystal R. Frost, age 26 of Middletown, NY for criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree (felony) and criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree (misdemeanor).

The stolen property charges relate to the defendants being in possession of a 2008 Nissan Sentra valued at $8000.00 reported stolen from the State of Florida. After being stopped, two ounces of marihuana was located within the vehicle.

Additionally both subjects were wanted: Arthur Frost was wanted out of the State of Maryland for assault in the second degree, and Krystal Frost for possession with intent to sell. Both subjects were processed at SP Middletown, arraigned and committed to the Orange County Jail.
