Honesdale man recorded while stealing cell phone

The Honesdale Borough Police Department reports the arrest of 26 year old Noel Roman of Honesdale for theft.

On 08/03/11, a victim reported his cell phone missing from the steps of Main Street Jewelers where he was working as a contractor. Surveillance video showed Roman stealing the cell phone. On the same day, Borough Police located Roman and he was arrested. ROMAN was later released pending a Central Court Appearance.

Roman was charged with 1 count of misdemeanor Theft by Unlawful Taking. Charges were filed at the Office of MDJ T. Mikulak.
