LIBERTY, NY — The Sullivan County Soil & Water Conservation District will present “Stormwater Erosion & Sedement Control Management” on March 19, from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Cornell Cooperative Extension Building at 64 Ferndale-Loomis Rd. The seminar is directed toward contractors and developers who will be disturbing soil of one acre or more.
