MONTICELLO, NY — The annual summer reading program at the Ethelbert B. Crawford Public Library is right around the corner. This year, the theme for kids is “Fizz Boom Read,” and “Spark a Reaction” for teens.

Every week, the library will have Hebrew and Spanish story times, family read-alouds, weekly science experiments, craft times and book clubs. Teens can join the Steampunk and Sci-Fi book clubs, Teen Advisory Group, be part of the team for the Minecraft Challenge, and sign up for filmmaking and media arts programs.

Signups for the summer reading program will begin on June 27, and programs will start July 7. To see a full listing of summer programs, visit the programs page of the library website at www.ebcrawfordlibrary.org. For more information or to register for programs, call the library at 845/794-4660 ext. 8.
