LIBERTY, NY — Two educational sessions of the Cornell Landscape Webinar Series will be offered by Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) Sullivan County’s Master Gardener program. Session I, “Landscape Update: The Root Connection & Beneficial Insects in Managed Landscapes,” will take place on Wednesday, March 19. Session II, “Urban Horticulture: Woody Shrubs for Stormwater Retention & the State of Our Urban Forests,” will occur on Wednesday, April 16. Both events will be held from 4:45 to 7:15 p.m. at CCE’s Gerald J. Skoda Extension Education Center.
The cost to attend each session is $35 and includes a light dinner. Pre-registration with non-refundable payment is required by March 17 for Session I and April 14 for Session II by calling 845/292-6180. For more information email smd243@cornell.edu.
