Here is a very clear picture of what is called Plum Island, situated in the Delaware River near Cochecton, NY. Are there stories any of you readers have to tell about the island? I would love to hear some of them, as I only remember bits and pieces of what I have been told. This postcard is from the Tusten Historical Society collection.

From the collection of the Tusten Historical Society. The Tusten Historical Society’s hours at the Western Sullivan Public Library, Tusten-Cochecton branch in Narrowsburg, are Mondays from 1 to 3 p.m., Fridays from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
