MILFORD, PA — The Milford Music Fest has 30 venues lined up for this year’s event, which will be held on June 27-29. Over 36 bands will perform on the streets of Milford. Park your car and walk to all venues. The live music kicks off Thursday evening at the Waterwheel Café & Bar with its famous blues jam and continues Friday evening, then on Saturday from 10 a.m.to 10 p.m. and on Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The types of music being performed include blues, rock, jazz, big band, hip-hop, folk, Irish, polka and indie. A few highlights: Friday evening at the Milford Theatre, PikeStock starts at 7:30 p.m.; on Saturday the Jorgenson’s at the Dimmick Inn will once again host their infamous “Brooklin Day Block Party;” and on Friday starting at 7 p.m. and Saturday from 2 to 9 p.m., the Dairy Bar on West Harford will have an indie stage with seven bands.
