HONESDALE, PA — On Wednesday, February 5 at 7 p.m., The Cooperage at 1030 Main St. in Honesdale will once again be a safe space where all will be encouraged to move in their own unique ways and to release their deepest creative impulses.
Dance!, facilitated by Daniel Frangos, is not a dance party; it’s an hour-long journey in which you explore your energy body while moving in your own unique and creative ways. All are welcome. No dance experience is necessary. It’s fun, it’s a workout and it’s a chance to kick back and let out some energy.
Daniel Frangos, MA, facilitates individuals and groups to embody their full potential through movement. He has training in ecstatic dance, transformative movement, soul motion, martial arts and other expressive body modalities.
Suggested donation is $5. Doors open at 6:45 p.m., the dance wave begins at 7 p.m. Dress to move freely. For more information, visit www.thecooperageproject.org or call 570/253-2020.
