HONESDALE, PA — On Saturday, August 3 Wayne County’s Old Stone Jail will be open to the public for tours from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. It is free to get in (but donations are always appreciated) and the docents promise to leave the door open so everyone can get back out again.
