HONESDALE AND BEACH LAKE, PA — Transition Honesdale will host two screenings of the documentary “Fixing the Future.” David Brancaccio, former host of the PBS program NOW, takes us on a trip across America to see how local economies are being restructured to strengthen local incomes, create jobs and promote sustainability.
The first screening will be on Thursday, February 21 at 7 p.m. in the meeting room at the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce, 32 Commercial St. Honesdale. The second showing will be on Wednesday, February 27 at 7 p.m. at Beach Lake United Methodist Church and is co-sponsored by the Eco-Justice Ministries team of the church.
